This recipe for a "Chai Cortado” or a dirty chai cappuccino, is more concentrated and rich than the classic dirty chai latte and was developed in David Rio's own Chai Bar tasting lab.
- Place chai in serving cup.
- Add shot of Imack espresso and mix well with spoon.
- Pour steamed milk over chai espresso, creating latte art.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of chai powder on top.(Optional)
